It is no accident that you are here - on my website.

We do not know each other yet - and that is OK - because in Truth we are already One, part of the One Source Energy that creates, sustains and permeats All.

(Despite the fact that You and I appear very separate with different lives & stories to tell).

My desire is that you will find something here that resonates with you, and that you and I will connect and get to share some of our stories as we both move ever towards greater wholeness and the revelation of our True Spiritual Self as we navigate this crazy human reality.

From childhood I have been exploring the duality of being a spiritual being in a human world. I've had my fair share of traumatic experiences, survived them - and in doing so learned so much about my Self and my purpose for this lifetime. I've learned about energy and spirituality - and metaphysics has become the language which most fits my experiences. I've studied healing modalities, psychology, religions, meditation, counselling, bhakti and mysticism - all to make my own journey as I walk in two worlds more peaceful and more meaningful.

If not now, when?

I have been a master procrastinator for much of my life. Honestly, I could write a book about resistance. (There's an idea ...)

One thing I do know is that the Universe responds instantly to our Intention - it is only us humans that put a timescale on things.
